General terms and conditions of rental

Each stay is subject to a rental contract.

This contract is reserved for the exclusive use of seasonal chalet rentals. The tenant signing the contract may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period. The rental can in no case benefit a third party, without the prior agreement of the owner.

Rental conditions:

The reservation becomes effective when the customer has paid the owner a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay plus administrative fees and has returned a copy of the signed contract within the time limit. The balance of the rental must be sent 1 month before the start of the stay, on pain of termination of the contract. In the case of a last minute reservation, the full amount of the stay is due upon reservation.
If the tenant delays his arrival, he must notify the owner. In the event of a shortened stay, the rental price remains with the owner. There will be no refund. The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises. All chalets are designed & insured to accommodate a maximum of 5 people (except the Star model which can accommodate 6 people). No exemption will be given.
On the day of departure, that is Saturday before 10 a.m., the security deposit is refunded to the tenant after inventory, minus any losses, deterioration or the cost of restoring the premises.

The chalet must be returned in perfect condition of storage and cleanliness.

Arrivals, inventory, security deposit and departures:
Arrivals are on Saturdays from 5 p.m. After registration and deposit of a deposit (see tariff for the current year), the inventory is carried out by the tenant and delivered after visa at reception. It is the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory.
On the day of departure, that is Saturday before 10 a.m., the security deposit is refunded to the tenant after inventory, minus any losses, deterioration or the cost of restoring the premises.
In case of early departure preventing inventory, the security deposit is sent by the owner within a period not exceeding one week. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the holidaymakers during the rental period and before their departure.
Late arrivals (after 7:00 p.m.) are only accepted if the owner is informed.

Insurance and animals:

The customer is responsible for all damage caused by him. He is invited to check that he is indeed covered by a resort type insurance contract for these various risks.
Any tenant accompanied by an animal must have obtained the owner's agreement. During his stay, he must present the animal's vaccination card. In addition, he will have to keep his animal on a leash and walk it outside the village for his needs. The state of cleanliness of the chalet and its surroundings will be checked at the end of the stay.

Image rights:

you authorize the Hameau Saint-Martial to use for free the photos of you and your children which would be taken during the duration of your stay on any advertising medium.

Payment of charges:

At the start of the stay, the client must pay for the stay options.
He will also have to pay as and when the amount of the stay services he has requested (laundry, bread, newspaper ...). A tourist tax of € 0.50 per night per person 13 and over will be paid at the end of the stay.

Terms of cancelation :

Refund of deposit in case of written cancellation:

before April 1: 100%
between April 1 and May 1: 50%
after May 1st: the total amount of your stay will be retained.
The administration fees are in no case refundable. The owner is not responsible for the transportation of his customers. He cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of his customers to reach the holiday resort, for whatever reason even in the event of force majeure. In this case, it will not issue any refund.

Cancellation insurance (optional)
Bonus representing 4% of the amount of your stay with a minimum of € 20 payable when you book.
We assure you the reimbursement of all sums paid (except booking fees and insurance premium), when the cancellation occurs for serious reasons:

a) serious illness, accident, death of the reservation holder, his spouse, his ascendants or his descendants,
b) economic dismissal of the reservist or his spouse.
In case of cancellation, notify the owner by registered letter with supporting documentation.

Litigation:

Failing agreement with the owner, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the courts of RODEZ.
